Brian Cox is an accomplished Scottish actor best known today for his role as Logan Roy in Succession. Logan Roy in HBO’s Succession has earned Cox a Golden Globe and multiple Emmy nods, becoming a defining role of his career. Breakout film roles include Hannibal Lecter in Manhunter (1986), and notable appearances in Rob Roy, Braveheart, The Bourne Identity, X‑Men 2, and Rise of the Planet of the Apes.
