Bright Eyes is an American indie rock band founded in 1995 by singer-songwriter and guitarist Conor Oberst. The core lineup includes Oberst, multi-instrumentalist and producer Mike Mogis, and arranger/composer Nate Walcott. Known for their emotive lyrics and eclectic sound, Bright Eyes has been a significant force in the indie music scene.
In September 2024, the band released their eleventh studio album, Five Dice, All Threes, under the Dead Oceans label.
The album features collaborations with artists such as Cat Power and Matt Berninger of The National. The lead single, "Bells and Whistles," was accompanied by a music video directed by Josh Boone.
