The acclaimed musical Miss Saigon is scheduled to run at Dublin’s Bord Gáis Energy Theatre from Tuesday, 13 January to Saturday, 17 January 2026. This production is part of a major UK and Ireland tour presented by Michael Harrison in association with Cameron Mackintosh .
Miss Saigon is a reimagining of Puccini’s Madame Butterfly, set against the backdrop of the Vietnam War. It tells the poignant story of Kim, a 17-year-old Vietnamese girl, and Chris, an American GI, whose lives are torn apart by the fall of Saigon. The musical features powerful songs such as “The Heat is On in Saigon,” “The Movie in My Mind,” “Last Night of the World,” and “The American Dream” .
Please note that the production contains scenes of a sexual and violent nature, wartime themes, firearms, derogatory and coarse language, drug use, and the simulated smoking of cigarettes. It also includes strobe lighting, gunshots, loud sound effects, theatrical haze, and pyrotechnics. The age guidance for the show is 14+ .
